Showing my Optimism

My Polymyalgia Rheumatica has flared up hugely and I am feeling a wee bit sorry for myself. It is especially sore in my neck and I am having trouble holding me head up at times, so back onto the Prednisone (which I hate with a passion ) and lots of positive thinking.

There are so many others so much worse than I am so ........

Also I have just seen an ad on television for a new series on "Call The Midwife" going to be starting so woohoo that's something to look forward too.

Also of course how could I not share these.

The one on the left we were sent at Easter and the one on the right was this weekend.
How could anyone feel miserable seeing this little poppet.

Take care all,
Love Deb

  1. Sorry to hear the Polymyalgia has reared up again - I hope the tablets help. And don't worry, there will be no 'spoilers' on Call the Midwife from me - one my two most favourite period dramas. The other being 'Victoria'. Call the Midwife was excellent as usual.
And yes, what pretty little ballerina poppet:0) xx

  2. Do hope your Polymyalgia has settled...
Such cute photos of the wee one..
I love "Call the Midwife" the new series has just finished here in the West of Australia.

  3. Hi Deb i hope you are feeling a lot better now ,my mum had this so i know that you are suffering. Oh your little poppet is adorable, hope you have a wonderful day my friend xx

  4. Beautiful little poppet!
I enjoy Call the Midwife too, great series.
Hope you are feeling better soon, I have two friends with the same condition as you and it does influence their lives and what they can do. Hang in there with the positive thinking.
